Summer Social for RCV Advocates

We need Ranked Choice Voting more than ever.

RCV gives us more representative outcomes—plain and simple. It helps ensure our leaders actually reflect what most people want, not just who happened to get the most votes in a crowded field. That’s something we could really use right now, both across the country and in the state of Delaware.

As we push for change, one of the most powerful things we can do is build real relationships with each other. That’s what this cookout is all about. No formal agenda. Just food, fresh air, and good people who care about improving our democracy.

Join us on Sunday, August 10th from 1–5 PM at the pavilion in Brandywine Creek State Park.
Free event!

We’ll have burgers (including veggie options), lawn games, and maybe even a round of Frisbee golf. It’s potluck-style, if you’re able, bring a side to share. Rain or shine, we’ll be under the pavilion with a great view of the surrounding woods and fields.

A few quick things to know:

  • There’s a park fee: $4 for in-state, $8 for out-of-state (or free with a DE State Parks pass)
    Carpooling is encouraged
  • Please RSVP so we can plan for food!
  • We’d love to see you there! Not just to hang out, but to remind each other why we’re doing this in the first place.

Hope to see you on the 10th!
